ArtStream Online Proposal Form

Design Criteria

The design of an ArtStream project includes the following:

  • Multidisciplinary approach to a water related topic. Possible topics include water quality, karst topography, polluted runoff, streams dynamics, or aquatic habitats.
  • Involvement of a collaborating core group of two or three teachers.
  • Correlation to GLEs and Show Me standards.
  • Result in a product that can be published on the Atlas and used by other learners, and/or
  • Demonstrate an active learning process and lesson plans that can be replicated.

Time frame

August through November: Site planning
December- February/March: Work with students
March: Produce draft for the Atlas
April: Final product on the Atlas
May: Celebration of project completion

The ArtStream program is limited to schools in our service area
