Myatt Creek

Spring River Watershed  Spring River Photo Tour Myatt Creek

Myatt Creek is one of the smaller tributary creeks of the Spring River. This series of photos follows Howell County Road 9230.

Myatt is a dry creek bed at this point, running water only during wet weather. Some trees hold the banks on the sides. Notice how deeply cut the pasture side banks are.

Myatt Creek eroding the pasture.

Farther south along CR 9230 at a low water crossing. Myatt begins to have permanent stretches of water here.
